Are your work rules still compliant?
Since 2022, the legislation has changed at least twelve times on points that belong in the work rules (arbeidsreglement). Upload your work rules as a Word or PDF file: the analysis reads the full text right away and checks, point by point, which mandatory provisions (Act of 8 April 1965 and later legislation) are present, missing or need to be checked. You get the summary on screen. We send you the full report, with an excerpt from your own work rules for every point, by e-mail. Your document is processed once and confidentially and is not stored, unless you request the report. An English translation of your work rules works too; only the Dutch version is legally binding in Flanders.
